Nigerian singer, Bella Shmurda releases his sophomore extended play, the second installment of his High Tension EP.
Preceding this release, Bella Shmurda on the 2nd of July 2021 released his third single of the year titled ‘Party Next Door‘ which housed under the 8 track-listing ‘High Tension 2.0’ EP.

Explaining the creative process behind ‘High Tension’, Bella Shmurda construes ’High Tension’ as a ”new light in a new form, high voltage lightning that strikes against all odds, a star that cannot be stopped from shining and a power that always penetrates.” This powerful imagery symbolizes his journey in music so far and echoes the creation process of this incredible body of work.
Once again, Bella Shmurda undertakes this project all alone, switching to a different style to create an eclectic body of work. This is worth listening to.
