G-West – Oh Yeah

Budding new artiste G-West is all set to leave his blue print on the Ghanaian music scene with the release of his mixtape dubbed ‘Young Amakye Dede’.

As the title of the EP suggests, the Kumasi based songwriter is heavily influenced by veteran highlife crooner, Amakye Dede. This 12 track mixtape takes listeners on a wholesome love journey; the project sees the artiste channeling his mentor, all the while adding his own melody as he carries us along with him in this ecstatic body of work.

Oh Yeah is a song off the mixtape with the potential to peak charts, as well as make waves in the nightlife scene. It’s a danceable song which ensures party goers get groovy on the dance floor, while maintaining their sexiness.

Kwamz – Ronaldo

British-Ghanaian Afrobeats artist, who has been a pinnacle to helping afrobeats reach its highest in the UK Kwamz continues his 2020 takeover with his brand-new single
‘Ronaldo’ which premiered by Afroboss DJ Edu on BBC1xtra

This impressive new single was crafted byburgeoning producer Regi Kumsz, Kwamz explains “Ronaldo is a feel-good
song and is about having the freedom to dance, celebrate and enjoy no matter how hard you work on any achievement, remember to smile and have fun”.

‘Ronaldo’ comes off the back of the success of Kwamz’s previous dance number “Again”, which has already amassed over 100,000 streams in just a few months. For ‘Ronaldo’ Kwamz combines witty lyricism, melodic synths, over an up-tempo beat. Encouraging listeners to get more acquainted with him as he shares his testimony of perseverance, whilst offering a unique perspective on the trending Afro-Pop sound.

Kwamz is one of the most promising talents to emerge from the UK Afrobeats scene of late, having trended on Triller and Tik Tok, and delivered a run of singles that have influenced the growth in his popularity such as ‘Say my name’, ‘Towobo’, ‘What you telling me?’, ‘What is this?’, ‘Dance With The Kings’
featuring Mista Silva,Flava and A-Star, and more recently‘Again’ to name a few.

We can only expect phenomenal things from Kwamz going forward as he hones in on his craft and positions himself accordingly to leave a striking impact on the UK Afrobeats scene.

UK based Nigerian rapper, Kida Kudz has released a brand new single ‘Don’t Be Shy’.

“Don’t Be Shy” comes after the release of his star-studded song titled ‘Buga‘ featuring award-winning Nigerian recording music artist – Falz and Ghanaian Afrobeat/Afropop artist – Joey B.

Ghanaian recording music artist , Bosom P-Yung releases a new song. Titled ‘Foss Dior’, Bosom P-Yung and Kweku Smoke’s unmatched chemistry on a song take center stage on this ATown TSB produced song.

Moor Sound ft. $pacely , Yaa Pono & Buman – Obaasima (Part 2)

Ghanaian producer – Moor Sound comes forth with the Part 2 of his successfully released song ‘Obaasima’ and it features Spacely , Buman and award-winning Ghanaian rapper – Yaa Pono. The song comes as the first official single off the young producer’s upcoming debut solo album.

The album, aptly titled Summertime Sound is going to introduce fans of Moor Sound and music lovers as a whole to a different side of him. Buman ft. Skillz8Figure – Spend Time

The Labadi Music signee hooks up with Ground Up’s Skillz for new song “Spend Time”. Produced by DJ Kwamzy, the song’s production swells from a thick bass bounce, layered with drums that flares to a full-bodied, piano-flushed sing-a-long; Skillz8Figure lays his calm vocals on the song with a shedding verse, crafting a mood type of song in the process.


Fuse ODG ft. Itz Tiffany – Winning

When we talk about Ghanaian musicians who spearheaded the promotion of the Azonto genre beyond the Ghanaian borders , we can’t leave out this duo , that is Fuse ODG & Itz Tifanny.

On the 29 September 2013 , Fuse’s Azonto song featuring Tiffany went viral , hooking the whole world to the Azonto craze. Not long after , Fuse ODG signed Itz Tiffany to his music label – Off Da Ground (ODG). The duo created couple of hit songs together until they went their separate ways due to reasons unknown to us.

On this day , the duo are back to work and here they are with a new song. Fuse ODG teams up with the sexy good-looking Itz Tiffany on this fast-paced danceable song titled ‘Winning’. People have reacted to their comeback and it all looks good. The official music video for ‘Winning’ is ready as well and will be released anytime soon.

Killbeatz – Odo Nti ft. King Promise & Ofori Amponsah

Killbeatz recruits King Promise and Ofori Amponsah on new joint, ‘Odo Nti’. The new joint which features sultry Highlife singers King Promise and Ofori Amponsah is a love song that projects the extent to which lovers can go for one another. ‘Odo Nti’ is taken off Killbeatz’s forthcoming studio project titled ‘Love And Happiness’.

Lil Kesh – All The Way

YAGI Entertainment head honcho, Lil Kesh returns to the music scene with a brand new single entitled, “All The Way.” Produced by serial hit-maker Young Jonn, “All The Way” serves as Kesh’s second official single for the year, a follow-up to the previously released “Kowope.”
