R2bees ft. Sarkodie – Yawa

Multiple award-winning Ghanaian music group  , R2bees (made up of Omar Sterling and Mugeez) return from hiatus with a brand new song. We have not seen enough of R2bees this year but you know the year can’t end without a hit song from the music legendary group. They team up with Africa’s most decorated rapper – Sarkodie on this Kizzi and Afrolectra produced song.

Wizkid ft. Burna Boy – Ginger

Wizkid join forces with Burna Boy to deliver this masterpiece titled, “Ginger.” This is actually the fourth time Wizkid and Burna Boy have joined efforts on a project.  “Ginger” serves as the second track on the highly awaited “Made In Lagos” album. We also have the likes, Skepta, Damian Marley, H.E.R, Ella Mai, Tay Iwar, Projexx, Tems and Starboy Terri on the project.

Worlasi & Drvmroll – Kilode ft Wes7ar 22

Kilode (Why, in Yoruba), is the first single and second track off the collaborative DIOS EP by young Ghanaian artists, Worlasi & Drvmroll. Worlasi and Wes7ar 22 express their frustration in what seems to be an “On & Off situation-ship” between them and their ladies. All wrapped in a rhythmically melodic afrobeats ensemble by Drvmroll that is guaranteed to have you feel what they’re feeling and get you dancing simultaneously.

Burna Boy – 20 10 20

One of the outspoken voices of the #EndSARS movement, Nigerian superstar Burna Boy is immortalizing the massacre of peaceful #EndSARS protesters at Lekki Toll Plaza on the 20th of October, 2020 with a solemn piece aptly titled “20 10 20”.

It’s hard to put into words how I feel about that fateful day, now known as “Black Tuesday.” I still can’t believe the Nigerian government instructed the Nigerian Army to shoot at peaceful protesters in the heart of Lagos. At the very center of the #EndSARS protests.

One things certain: We will never forget.

Mzvee – Halleluyah ft. Medikal

Mzvee’s resilience after parting ways with her former label ‘Lynx Entertainment’ is very laudable. Starting everything from scratch , Mzvee so far this year has churned out four (4) solid songs namely Sheriff , Baddest Boss , Baby and Who Are You,  all with accompanying visuals to it.

Earlier this week , she announced the release of her forthcoming album titled ‘inVeencible’  which is slated to drop later in the year. Off the album comes her fifth song of the year titled ‘Halleluyah’. The inspirational song features Ghanaian rapper – Medikal and produced by Kizzy.

Sista Afia – Sika ft. Kweku Flick

After the successful release of her previous single titled ‘Party’ featuring Fameye ,Ghanaian Afrobeat singer , Sista Afia follows up with a new song. Her long awaited new song titled ‘Sika’ is out for your consumption now. Sika is a Hip-hop song featuring fast-rising Ghanaian recording music artist – Kweku Flick and produced by Apya.

Kimilist ft Kwame Yesu & Medikal – Kyer3

Months after releasing Borkor Borkor accompanied by a controversial video, Mimlife Records act Kimilist is out with his second single of the year Kyer3 (Snub). The afro-hip-hop fused song is produced by Iyke Parker features young budding rapper Kwame Yesu and multiple awards winning rapper Medikal.

The rappers take turns to share their experiences with women who tend to not appreciate the efforts they make to woo them. Kimilist is of the view that men should not be pressured by the demands and antics of these women. If I don’t have a car, at least I got my lorry fare.

Eddie Khae – Wremu ft DopeNation , Kuami Eugene & FlowKing Stone

After getting huge recognition in the country, the talented 23-year-old Eddie Khae teases December with this star-studded new single titled ‘Wremu’ featuring Kuami Eugene , Dopenation & Flowking Stone. Production credits to Willis beat.

E.L. – Still Papping

Programmed by PeeOnTheBeat the groovy single is the first song off his long-awaited album “WAVS” (West African Vibes) set to be released March next year. The multiple award-winning hit machine empowers all the gorgeous ladies in the country trying to do their thing in this danceable sing along. No region was left out with E.L sending shoutouts to girls from Winneba, Akosombo, Tema, Accra and all around the country, encouraging them to keep on with their hustles because their efforts are recognized and would surely pay off.

The song sets you in the mood to bust some dance moves from the first kick of the beat. E.L’s versatility shines as usual in ‘Still Papping’. His dexterity to shuffle multiple languages to create excellent music is evident as he delivers an impressive performance singing and rapping in Ga, Twi and pidgin on this exciting record.
