With no prior notice to this release , award-winning Ghanaian rapper – Kwesi Arthur earns his position on the official Christmas Afrobeat playlist with this new release. Titled ‘Baajo’ , Kwesi Arthur teams up with Banku Music’s hitmaking machine – Joeboy on this Yung D3mz well crafted production.

 

Kweku Smoke – On The Streets ft Kwesi Arthur

Young Ghanaian rapper, Kweku smoke, is all set to release his first Album. The ‘Yedin’ hit maker will have his album launch on the 5th of December 2020 for his debut album titled: “Snoop Forever”.

The Album, Snoop forever is an all hiphop album. This project comes after releasing countless hit songs in Ghana such as ‘Yedin’ featuring Sarkodie, Apkye and Akata.

Kweku Smoke releases the song ‘On The Streets’ featuring multiple award-winning Ghanaian rapper and singer – Kwesi Arthur , off the soon to be released album.  Production credits to Atown TSB.

Medikal – Streetcode

Ghanaian rapper and serial hitmaker – Medikal continues his winning streak in the Ghanaian music industry with this highly potent drill song titled Streetcode , produced by the usual suspect – Unklebeatz.

Peruzzi – Southy Love ft Fireboy DML

Amapiano seems to be genre or wave most Nigerian composers are tapping into now.  Peruzzi and Fireboy DML connect on this P.Prime Amapiano crafted production titled ‘Southy Love’.

Yung L – Operator

Nigerian Afro-fusion artist –  Yung L sets the tone for the official release of his forthcoming sophomore album ‘Yaadman Kingsize‘ with his new song ‘Operator’ , produced by Chopsticx.

$pacely – Roll Call

King of ad-lips – $pacely under the imprint of Labadi Music unlocks his highly anticipated new release. He titles this drill song ‘Roll Call’,  which was premiered a week ago at his just ended annual Merch Mania concert.

Mr. Eazi & J Balvin – Lento

Mr Eazi bagged a Latin Grammy award for Best Urban Music album for his collaborative effort with J Balvin on the ‘Colores’ album. He was featured on his ‘Arcoiris song’ which means rainbow and which according to J Balvin is the best representation of the album because it includes the entire colour spectrum.

Mr. Eazi wraps up the year with this Killertunes produced song titled Lento featuring Colombian reggaeton singer – J Balvin.

Buju – So Lovely

Spaceship Entertainment record artiste, Buju has released a brand new single titled, “So Lovely.” Produced by Timi Jay, “So Lovely” serves as the lad’s second output for 2020, a follow-up to the Burna-assisted “Lenu Remix.”

Rema – Peace Of Mind

Benin City’s breakthrough prodigy Rema tackles the harsh realities of 2020 in his new song, ‘Peace Of Mind’. Production credits to Kel P.

DJ Spinall – Sere ft Fireboy DML

Off the forthcoming highly anticipated Grace album , DJ Spinall (also known as Top Boy) releases ‘Sere’ featuring YBNL serial hitmaker – Fireboy DML with production credits going to Kel P.

Falz – Squander ft Niniola

Multi-faceted Nigerian recording music artist , Falz joins the trending Amapiano wave with this new song titled Squander featuring the queen of Afro-fusion – Niniola. Production credits to Willis.

DJ Tunez – Require ft Olamide

Nigerian disc jockey and producer – DJ Tunez has been consistent with dropping bops this year despite the troubles the world has been facing since the year commenced. His previous release ‘PAMI‘ featuring Wizkid, Adekunle Gold & Omah Lay was well received by music enthusiasts. To keep the fire still burning , he follows up with this Amapiano type beat song titled ‘Require’ featuring YBNL honcho – Olamide.

Mayorkun – Your Body

How does Mayorkun create these bangers effortlessly? This is a question for the gods I guess.  DMW’s serial hitmaker , Mayorkun comes through a potential Christmas banger , an upbeat danceable song titled ‘Your Body’  , produced DMW’s in-house producer – Fresh VDM.

Odunsi (The Engine) – Fuji 5000

Promising Nigerian songwriter, singer and producer – Odunsi (The Engine) releases new track titled “Fuji 5000

The track follows Odunsi’s latest project “Everything You Heard Is True” which The FADER called “superb.” He is currently working on new music and excited to release his upcoming project next year.

Speaking on the song, Odunsi says, “Fuji 5000” is a tribute to traditional Nigerian sound & traditional Fuji sound and just me putting my own twist to it. It’s basically a narration of where my mind has been since last year up until now and an introduction to my new experimental sound and style of delivery.”

Born Bowofoluwa Oluwafisayo Odunsi, his solo career began to take off in 2016 as he released his debut EP Time of Our Lives (TOOL) which received rave reviews from fans and critics alike. His style of music consists of a unique blend of different genres that encompasses what it means to be a true artist.

Keche – Good Mood ft. Fameye

Keche is one of Ghana’s most consistent music groups. The duo rose to fame in 2008 with their debut album ‘Pressure’. Keche has multiple nominations under their belt and their song Sokode topped several music charts across the African continent.

They are known for the songs Sokode, Aluguntugui, Diabetes, Pressure, amongst others. In 2011, the duo was recognized as a Global Ambassador for Peace by the then Liberia’s President, her Excellency Ellen Johnson Sirleaf. Following that, the group also performed at the UN Peace concert in Monrovia, Liberia in 2014 which gave the group recognition across Africa.

The group continued their winning streak in 2020 with what it is currently one of the biggest songs in Ghana currently. Keche and Lynx Entertainment’s Kuami Eugene joined forces on a Willisbeatz crafted beat titled ‘No Dulling‘. They come again with another feel good song titled ‘Good Mood’ featuring Ghanaian versatile artist – Fameye.
