Nigerian music artist, politician, and music executive Banky has disclosed that Nigerian Afrobeat superstar Wizkid still has unfinished business with his outfit EME Records.
Banky W, who is currently vying for a political position, was one of the EME executives who signed Wizkid for a total of five years before he left to form Starboy Entertainment.
Banky W said in an interview with media personality Ebuka that Wizkid’s contract required him to make five albums, though he wasn’t very sure. The singer-songwriter, on the other hand, only dropped two.
He continued by saying that he understood the Grammy-nominated singer’s need to go when he wanted, which is why the label chose to let him go.
