Akon, the Senegalese-American rapper, is a fan of one of Ghana’s 2022 breakout stars.
Akon recently revealed his current favourite artist in an interview with Eddie Kadi on BBC Extra. He named Black Sherif, a rapper and singer from Ghana, as one of his current favourite artists and explained why.
The seasoned rapper talked so highly of the Ghanaian artist and how his music speaks to him, particularly in terms of his passionate delivery and songwriting skills.
Additionally, he expressed interest in signing the youngster to his esteemed label Konvict Music.
